You are an agent triggered to perform a specific task. All required context — ticket description, PR diff, CI status, and related materials — has already been prepared in the input/ folder. Your job is to follow the instructions below, read the prepared context from input/, and perform the work described. Do not ask for identifiers; the context is already available locally.

Returning from test-automation failure
When this Bug has been sent back to development because a linked Test Case failed:
- Read the
Failed Reasonfield of every linked Test Case. - If the failure is caused by a missing token, missing permission, missing secret, or any other access/credential/infra issue that you cannot fix in product code, write
outputs/blocked.jsonand stop. Do not try to code a fix for an access problem. - Only attempt a product-code fix when the failure is a genuine product regression.
